When you initiate a local currency payment on Accrue, we pair you with one of our highly available Cashramp agents, who will send your chosen bank or mobile money account cash, at the best (real-time) exchange rates, in less than five minutes. You can even chat with our agents throughout the entire process. Also, your money is safe and escrowed if anything ever goes wrong. Log a complaint, and our Customer Success team will step in and resolve it as soon as possible.

- Make sure you’ve got the latest version of the app
- Head to Home > Send Money > Send local currency
- Choose which country you’re sending money to
- Choose which agent you want to process your payment and follow the instructions.
